Joseph Umbrico Bursary application (for individuals)

  • ideas and input for individual bursaries should come from the person applying. 
  • the form is designed to be answered in the applicant’s own words where possible, though assistance may be provided by others.
  • the application form must be accompanied by a letter from a professional confirming an autism-spectrum diagnosis.
  • the form must be signed to indicate acceptance of the Haadd Bursary Guidelines.  Download the guidelines here.
  • if you are not already a member of Haadd, please include a Haadd membership application and payment with your application.

Joseph Umbrico Grant application (for project grants)
  • click on the link above to download the PDF of the grant application
  • a project must benefit a group of adults with autism-spectrum diagnoses in order to be considered for a grant.  Those benefitting from the project may be involved at one time, or sequentially.
  • The application must be accompanied by a letter from a professional working in this field confirming support for the project.
  • the form must be signed to indicate acceptance of the Haadd Grant Guidelines.  Download the guidelines here.
  • if you are not already a member of Haadd, please include a Haadd membership application and payment with your application.

  • Keep a copy of your application and these guidelines for your records.
  • Send the completed application form with other supporting information that might help us understand your needs and plans.
